Neoo Core SA is the new name of NET Computer Group SA, a public limited company incorporated under Belgian law and based in Wemmel. The name change, announced on 12 October 2026, continues the company’s history, expertise and customer relationships.

Since its beginnings, the company has built cloud infrastructure, operated IT environments and supported customers in their everyday activities. Under the Cloudbizz brand, it hosts, protects and supports the tools businesses rely on, from data centres located in Belgium (Digital Realty BRU1 and BRU3, in Zaventem).

With Neoo, Neoo Core SA is developing a new generation of software for businesses: Neoo, the Business OS that connects CRM, quotes and invoicing, projects, support and automation; Neoo Forge, the engine for creating applications with artificial intelligence; and Neoo IDE, the advanced development environment assisted by artificial intelligence.
