Infrastructure maintenance. Friday 30 October, 10 pm to 2 am.
A scheduled operation to strengthen our infrastructure. Please do not log in between 10 pm and 2 am.
Dear customers, dear partners,
To keep our services fast, reliable and secure, we will carry out maintenance on our infrastructure from Friday 30 October at 10 pm to Saturday 31 October at 2 am.
Please do not log in between 10 pm and 2 am.
Here is what will happen, step by step, and what it means for you.
0110 pm – 2 am
From 10 pm to 2 am. SQL servers offline.
While the controllers of our infrastructure are being updated, we will shut down our SQL servers, used notably for Horus Software.
Between 10 pm and 2 am, these services will therefore be unavailable.
- Before 10 pm: save your work and close your applications, including Horus Software.
- From 10 pm to 2 am: do not log in.
022 am – 1 pm
From 2 am. Everything is back.
From 2 am, all services will be fully available again.
Until 1 pm on Saturday 31 October, they may however be slightly slower while the update is fully rolled out.
